Finding Your True Authentic Self
Humanistic Psychotherapy emphasises the importance of being your true self in order to lead your most fulfilling life.
Everyone has their own unique way of looking at the world. True acceptance of the self comes from understanding how this world view impacts your life choices.

Family of Origin Therapy explores family dynamics and the experiences that have significant complex effects on the way you function and live your life.
Families always involve positive and negative dynamics which may lead to the gaining of strengths and abilities or expressing difficulties.
Greater awareness of the impact of your family of origin will benefit you to make adult choices and individuate from the family ‘system’.
